Privacy notice
Effective from 1 November 2026
1. Controller
iNSTRUKTA d.o.o. Sarajevo, Vilsonovo šetalište 10, 71000 Sarajevo, Bosnia and Herzegovina.
Data protection contact: info@instrukta.ba
2. Contact form
If you send an enquiry we receive your name, email, topic, message and, if provided, your company name, together with the time of sending. We use them only to reply to you. The legal basis is your consent, given by ticking the box in the form (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You may withdraw consent at any time by writing to the address in section 1.
3. Server logs
The site is hosted on GitHub Pages (GitHub, Inc., USA). GitHub records visitors’ IP addresses for security purposes. We have no access to these logs. The legal basis is legitimate interest in operating the site securely (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
4. Cookies, analytics and map
The site uses Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Limited) to see how many visits there are and which parts are viewed. Analytics loads only if you allow it in the notice at the bottom of the page; until then no analytics cookies are set. If you allow it, Google sets the cookies _ga and _ga_<ID> (up to 2 years). Your choice is stored in the browser’s local storage and can be changed via the Cookies link in the footer; declining also deletes analytics cookies already set.
The map in the contact section loads from Google Maps only when you click Show map (or automatically if you have allowed analytics). Google may then set its own cookies under its terms.
Fonts and images are served from our own server.
5. Recipients
Enquiries are stored in Google Sheets and notified by email within the company’s Google Workspace account. Google acts as our processor under a data processing agreement and does not use the data for its own purposes. Transfers to the USA rely on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses. We do not sell or share your data or use it for marketing.
6. Retention
Enquiries are kept for 24 months after the last communication and then deleted. If an enquiry leads to a business relationship, data is kept in line with rules on business records.
7. Your rights
You have the right of access and to a copy, rectification, erasure and restriction, portability, objection to processing based on legitimate interest, and withdrawal of consent. Send requests to the address in section 1; we reply within one month. You may lodge a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Agency of Bosnia and Herzegovina or with the supervisory authority of the EU country where you live.
8. Changes
We update this notice when processing changes. The effective date is shown at the top.
